Edward “Ted” Warley

Ted Warley joined First Bankers’ Banc Securities, Inc. (FBBS) in December 2025 as Vice President/Managing Director. He is a member of the Institutional Sales Group with a focus on Municipal Bonds. Ted has over 25 years’ experience in the Municipal Bond market, most recently as Director of Municipal Sales at Cohen & Co covering SMA Accounts primarily in the Northeast and New York.

A native of Connecticut, Ted attended the University of Maine. He currently resides in Boston.
