Dianne McDonald

Dianne McDonald began her career at First Bankers’ Banc Securities, Inc. (FBBS), formerly First St. Louis Securities, Inc., in January 2000 as an Operations Specialist.

In January 2021, Dianne was promoted to Assistant Vice President. In the Spring of 2025 she was promoted to Vice President/Head of Operations. Her duties include ensuring timely and accurate trade input, as well as comparisons with the dealers. Dianne is also responsible for opening Retail and Institutional accounts, and customer service to clients. She also provides support to compliance ensuring appropriate disclosures to customers. Dianne supplies comprehensive support to the traders and sales staff.

Dianne previously attended Maryville College in St. Louis.
